국제적인 학술교류의 장 항생제 내성분야의 세계 3대 학술대회 중 하나인 ISAAR

'항생제와 항생제 내성에 관한 국제심포지엄 (ISAAR)'은 아시아 태평양 감염재단 (APFID)이 감염 질환 및 항생제 내성 분야의 연구 정보와 국제적인 학술교류를 위하여 2년마다 개최하고 있는 국제 심포지엄으로서, 지난 1997년 처음 시작된 이래 비약적인 발전을 거듭하여 명실공히 항생제 내성, 신 항생제 및 신종 전염병 분야의 세계 최대 학술대회 중의 하나로 발돋움 하였습니다. 매 행사마다 전 세계 50여 개국, 50여 명의 초청 연자와 2,000여 명 이상의 세계적인 감염 질환 전문가들이 참가하여 각 분야의 최신 지견을 교류하고 미래의 정책적인 대안을 모색하고 있어, 감염 질환 및 항생제 내성 문제를 국제적으로 해결하는데 큰 도움이 되고 있습니다.
